CNC Bike Parts

Terms of Use

Last updated September 2026. Short, and written to be read.

What this service is

CNC Bike Parts is a matching service. We read requests for quotation for machined bicycle components and pass them to machine shops. We do not machine parts, we do not own machines and we are not a party to any order you place.

We are not in the contract

Any agreement to make and buy parts is between you and the shop. Price, specification, lead time, delivery, payment terms, warranty and remedies are agreed between you and them. We do not invoice you, we do not take a commission and we never see the order value.

It follows that we are not responsible for the work a shop does, the parts it ships, the dates it misses or the terms it offers. If a shop in the network behaves badly, tell us, because that decides whether it keeps receiving requests.

What we do not certify

We do not test parts, we do not approve designs and we issue no certificates. Nothing on this site is an assurance that a design is safe or that a part complies with ISO 4210, EN 15194 or any other standard. Testing is arranged by you or by the shop with an independent lab, and responsibility for a product placed on the market sits with whoever places it there.

Reference material

The reference tables and guides on this site are published in good faith and checked against standards and component maker data. Standards change and manufacturers deviate from them. Verify any dimension against the component maker's own drawing before you cut metal. We accept no liability for a part made to a figure taken from this site without that check.

You may quote and link to the reference tables with attribution.

What you agree to when you send an RFQ

  • The information you send is accurate, and the drawing is yours to share or you have the right to share it.
  • You agree that the request may be shared with up to 3 matched shops, as set out in the privacy policy.
  • You will not use the service to collect quotes you have no intention of acting on, or to benchmark prices for a shop you already use.

What shops and vendors agree to

  • Capability information you give us is accurate and current.
  • You reply to matched buyers within 48 hours.
  • You sign an NDA when a buyer asks, before files are released.
  • You decline parts you cannot hold rather than quoting and missing.
  • Buyer details from a matched request are used for that request, not added to a marketing list.

Availability

This is a small operation. The site may be unavailable at times and we may decline any request without giving a reason. The only commitment we make on timing is a reply within 24 business hours.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will update the date at the top and note what changed. Questions go to .
